Here’s how it works when I facilitate a leadership offsite:
We meet virtually to decide on the focus for the offsite. My specialties are positioning, product strategy and open source strategy, all of which are interrelated in an open source company.
During the initial meeting, we determine what, if any, preparation work is needed, such as customer interviews. We’ll also determine what preparation needs to be done by each participant to make sure the offsite is as productive as possible.
My base offsite package is for two days, 9am to 5pm. We do the offsite in Paris.
After the offsite, we’ll meet virtually around the two week mark and at the one month mark to discuss the feedback you’ve seen from the strategy work we’ve done together.
The investment for facilitating a strategy offsite starts at €20,000.
