+ Strategic Narrative


This option starts with a four-day positioning workshop. Once we’ve established the best market category for your product and how to segment your market, you still need to translate your positioning into a new strategic narrative and updated messaging strategy to share throughout the company. If you need help turning your positioning and point of view into a strategic narrative, this option is for you.

When you choose this option, I’ll provide the following deliverables two weeks following the end of our positioning workshop:

  • A strategic narrative that connects your origin story and your point of view with the transformation you can provide for customers and users. The strategic narrative is then the basis for your sales narrative.

  • A strategic messaging document that includes tagline suggestions, company descriptions in various lengths and a map of product features to the benefits and value they provide

This option is only available to companies that are doing a positioning workshop or have already completed a positioning workshop. The total investment for the positioning workshop plus strategic narrative and messaging strategy is $60,000. If added on after the positioning workshop, the investment for the strategic narrative and messaging strategy is $20,000.
